We would like to thank the West Sumatra wildlife authorities (BKSDA) that responce our information about the Siamang gibbon ( Symphalangus syndactylus) last week.
We would also like to thank you to the head BKSDA west Sumatra and the officials of district resort Bukit Tinggi for raising awareness and directing our attention to a pet Siamang illegally kept that was eventually given to an organisation which had the adequate means and competence to care for it.
